all (1 of 1)“Life without love” is an emotional journey in search of love, wherever it is in daylight or in darkness. The paintings talk about violence, loneliness, lust, limitations and  hope in human relationships.

The Day I Knew You Time, please go slowly…. The shades on the road has vanished The air has taken all away the taste of my lips I smelled the poison of breath Time, please go slowly…. You are up on high balcony I have cut off off my wings My heart is gasping, it shivers with fear My village is far away, and I am lost in this city You played the game of hope and sadness The day I met your eyes I broke my heart the day I knew you

Working as a counsellor and listening to the pain and disappointments of people has fueled his creativity.

Listen, what is the season singing It is the melody of the monsoon It is every rainy season Your lashes become wet So does the heart pound at every night Your dreams become wet, without a drop of water Leaking from your roof Stay in your closet, deep and dark And dream…. One day you will be taken away Some prince will lift away your veil Then this beauty will become a lush garden And you can fly over the fence

Listen, what is the season singing
It is the melody of the monsoon
It is every rainy season
Your lashes become wet
So does the heart pound at every night
Your dreams become wet, without a drop of water
Leaking from your roof
Stay in your closet, deep and dark
And dream….
One day you will be taken away
Some prince will lift away your veil
Then this beauty will become a lush garden
And you can fly over the fence

The clouds are thundering, my heart is gasping I am searching a drop of water sometimes To claim this fire Oh moon’ your moonlight burns my body I am hiding to cover my heart When I open my bag, the dry leaves come out, not a Single drop of water in it Tell me, when will you touch me? That day – My dry branches becomes green again My fire place will turn in to a spring valley.

An insatiable curiosity and interest for emotions, imagination and the scars left on souls have always been an inspiration to my work,  Nihal says.
